Etienne Prulière is graduated from the engineering school MATMECA. He has also a master of biomechanics from the university Paris-Est Creteil. He obtained a PhD in 2007 from the University of Joseph Fourier in Grenoble. After that, he spent one year as research engineer in the school Centrale Nantes. Since 2009, he is associate professor at the ENSAM Bordeaux. Since his PhD, his research activities consist mainly in developing innovative model reduction techniques to treat composites materials (formerly the forming process and now mainly the mechanical behavior).
