Marco Enea is an Aerospace Engineer working at Politecnico di Torino as PhD student. He obtained his MSc from Politecnico di Torino in October 2019, with a thesis on the development of a model for predictions of cure-induced deformations in composites, carried out at Cenaero, in Belgium.  He took part to a two-year double degree program with Ecole des Mines de Saint-Etienne, where he graduated in 2019. Marco started his PhD in 2020, under the supervision of Prof. Erasmo Carrera and Prof. Alfonso Pagani. His research projects are about the use of artificial intelligence for damage detection in structures and the development of a coupled CUF-peridynamic framework for progressive failure analysis.
