Andrea Viglietti is an Aerospace Engineer working at Politecnico di Torino. He earned a BSc in Aerospace Engineering at Politecnico di Torino in December 2011 by discussing a thesis on Off-Design Analysis of a Twin-Shaft Turbofan.  Afterwards he attended a MSc in Aerospace Engineering in the same university and he earned the master degree in March 2014, presenting a thesis on Multi-Body Analysis of Space Inflatable Structures. Andrea Viglietti started working at Politecnico di Torino in May 2014 under the supervision of Prof. Erasmo Carrera, and he started his Ph.D. in Mechanics in November 2014. His research project is related to the development of advanced BEAM models in order to provide a reliable tool for structural monitoring and structural control application.
