Jinghui WU is a Ph.D. student at the school of Mechanical Engineering & Mechanics of the Ningbo University. She gained her Bachelor's degree in Project Management at Huazhong Agricultural University in June 2015. Afterwards, she joined the Master program in Engineering Mechanics at Ningbo University in September 2015 under the supervision of Prof. Ji Wang. From September 2018, she continued her PhD work at Ningbo University under the supervision of Prof. Wang Ji. Then In 2021, she received the scholarship from China Scholarship Council to pursue study in Italy for 24 months. In September 2021, she came to the Politecnico di Torino and joined the Co-tutelle agreement (on co-supervision in doctoral education) in Mechanical engineering under the supervision of Prof. Erasmo Carrera. Her current research interest includes: elastic wave propagation; complexed boundary conditions and CUF.
