Daniel is a research assistant at Politecnico di Torino. He gained a BSc in Aerospace Engineering at Politecnico di Torino by discussing a thesis on the static analysis of the S55 seaplane hulls. He then earned his MSc in Aerospace Engineering in 2019 at the same university, with a thesis on the static and dynamic analysis of the Blue Edge helicopter blade. Since December 2019, he has been involved in research activities at the Politecnico di Torino with the MUL2 group. His activities concern the static and dynamic analysis of composite rotating blades; classic and refined theories are compared to find the right compromise between accuracy and computational cost of the solutions.
